MIND BODY PRACTITIONER / KINESIOLOGIST
Hi, I’m Rachel. You can also call me Ray (she/her). I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner, supporting people with self-enquiry, reconnecting with their emotions and with their bodies. I hold space for people, allowing them to relax, rest and recover. Together we address imbalances that may be affecting them physically, psychologically or emotionally by reducing stress from the nervous system, removing blocks and safely processing emotions.
I take a truly holistic view of health and wellbeing, considering symptoms, physical conditions, trauma, behaviour patterns, limiting beliefs, injuries, life events, and even posture when mapping what may be taking someone away from feeling well.
Creating a space for people where they feel safe, free to express themselves, respected and accepted without judgement is important to me. Clients can expect sessions to be inclusive, culturally safe, LGBTIQA+ friendly, and tailored uniquely to them as they continue to change and evolve during our work together.
I hold qualifications in mind body medicine and a bachelors degree in social science, majoring in psychology. I am also an experienced public health professional with a focus on health promotion, prevention, reconciliation and community development.
