How do I cancel or reschedule my upcoming appointment? 

Easily – so long as you are able to provide 20 hours notice of the change, we’ll make this happen with no fuss.Please call the clinic on 03 5417 2303 or email hello@goodself.com.au to make changes to your upcoming booking. 

You can also cancel your appointment yourself via the email confirmation that was sent to you on the day that your appointment was booked. In this confirmation email there is a link that you can click on to provide your reasoning for cancelling. 

Do I need a referral to see a practitioner? 

No – you don’t need a referral to see any of our practitioners. You can just book right in! 

I have a health care plan (EPC) and referral from the GP – how can I use it with my practitioner at Good Self?

Please bring the paperwork along with you to your next appointment or you can send it as an attachment to hello@goodself.com.au.  Medicare will refund a portion of your consultation fee to your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.  We will process this for you. 

You may be eligible for bulk-billing please speak to the clinic prior to your appointment. 

Do you accept TAC and WorkCover clients and how much does it cost to see a practitioner? 

Yes we do. These consultations are bulk-billed and therefore there is no cost to you. Please ensure that you bring along your TAC or WorkCover claim number. 

Do you offer concession or reduced cost consultations for Health Care Card holders? 

Yes we do for Osteopathic consultations, please bring your Health Care Card or Pension Card with you. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We have a 20 hour cancellation policy in place for both the Clinic and Studio in fairness to our Practitioners and Clients.  

How do I book my first Reformer Pilates class? 

Your first class is on us as a trial to see if we’re the right fit for you. To book in go to the Class Bookings page and click on the ‘Get a Class Pack or Intro Offer’ 

How do I buy a class pack? 

We have class packs available for both Reformer and Clinical Pilates – to work out what is best for you and to purchase a pack you can go here Class Packs

How do I book in for Clinical Pilates for the first time? 

If you are new to Clinical Pilates, you will need book in for a Clinical Pilates Assessment with our Osteopath via our Clinic Bookings page 

How do I top-up my class pack?

Once your Class Pack is finished you can purchase a new one here 

How do I log-in to your website to access my class bookings and class pack tracking? 

You can log into our website from the Class Bookings page. 

How do I register for a log-in to your website? 

To register for a log-in you will need to go to one of the email confirmations that you have received for a recent class booking. On this confirmation you will notice that there is the option to create a log-in. 

Once you create a log-in you will be able to make bookings, track payments and class packs yourself. 

How do I know how many classes remain on my Pilates class pack? 

When you create log-in and log-in to the Class Books page on our website you will be able to view all of your upcoming classes as well as see how many classes remain on your class pack.
