HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has been getting a lot of love.
We’re pretty sure these classes will be a ‘hiit.’
Leave your will power at the door as your coach lets you know when to work and when to rest. 45 minutes will whisk by as you increase fat burning potential, brain function, musscle memory and ciriculation in short bursts of intense activity.
Although the the burn will disappear pretty soon after you leave a session, the benefits the won’t. Fat. Burning. Machine.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Conditioning sessions focus on endurance, strength and speed.
These unique sessions can build your aerobic fitness like a long distance runner, without the need for long, hard repetitive workouts.
These sessions are great for time-poor folk who care about physical fitness and enjoy a good old fashioned sweat.
Building strength through resistance training is challenging, but bit by bit and with the help of supportive, inspiring coach you will improve not only your general fitness, but increase your longevity and well being.
Lifting weight and using your own body as resistance can help to build lean muscle and increase bone density. These sessions are packed with activities that raise your metabolic rate. This can improve everyday mental and physical performance.
