DO PILATES CLASS IN THE MACEDON RANGES
Reformer Pilates classes will be your jam if you are looking general fitness sessions that are dynamic and focus on providing you with the form need to have beautiful posture, strong and able muscles and coordination in your everyday body movements.
This 8 week course offers entry level classes designed for first timers to Pilates reformer regardless of age or fitness. Participants learn how the reformer works and how to progress through the Pilates basics. No previous experience necessary.
Next series starts Monday 12th April 2021
Reformer Flow is a warming, restorative class with a focus on the Pilates Principle of flow. Emphasis is on continuous, smooth movement through each flowing exercise sequence + stretches to improve co-ordination and build strength and stamina. You will leave this class feeling decompressed and energised.
Reformer Slow focuses on learning proper posture and core activation, this class offers low impact resistance training to build strength and flexibility. Great for those new to group reformer Pilates classes and for those who enjoy a slower paced class.
Perfect progression from beginner classes, transitioning from Clinical Pilates or recent recovery from injury. Pregnant women and newly post-natal (from 8 weeks) are welcome!
OPEN HOUSE PILATES
All ability levels are welcome to this class where you will experience a full body workout aligned with the principles of Pilates – posture, strength, flexibility and balance. There are minimal rests in this class and you’ll make full use of the reformer itself with thorough instruction. Designed to complement your daily Pilates practice allowing for technical practice combined with a cardio workout
A more advanced class that’s faster paced with few breaks to ensure a high level of cardio intensity. You’ll work up a sweat while building on the fundamentals of Pilates. Each class will be different! You will be offered different variations and intensity levels so that you’ll always be challenging yourself.
Aimed at netballers, footballers or sports people looking to reduce pain and improve flexibility.
